Translation & Localization
Please contact me with a sample of your material for a firm quote.

(Minimum varies depending on the job. Small jobs may be done for regular clients on a complimentary basis.)

Sales tax or VAT is payable only by clients residing in the US and it's not included in the rate above.

Rates are based on:
- General, non-technical material.
- Source wordcount (for editable texts, such as Word, Excel etc.) or target wordcount (for non-editable texts, such as PDF).
- Neutral Standard Arabic translation (where no localization is needed).
- Average of 4000 words/day.

Extra fees apply for special requirements:
- Technical material (legal, financial, medical, pharmaceutical, automotive, engineering...etc)
- Weekend or holiday work.
- Rush delivery (less than 24 hours)
- Tight deadlines (more than 4000 words/day). I can finish up to 13,000 words/day using DNS and dictation as needed (special rates apply)
- Extra formatting or DTP requirements.
- Supplementary services (such as glossary creation)
- Translation in coded material (.html, .ps ..etc)

Special discount for:
- Translation agencies
- Projects with over 20,000 words
- Contracting for a fixed monthly word count

DTP:
On a per-project basis

Voice Over:
1- Broadcast: Radio, Television, Movie Trailer ..etc
Rate for :15, :30 or :60 = $200

2- Non Broadcast: Business, Industrial, IVR, Documentaries ..etc
0 - 5 Minutes finished, cleaned audio = $200
(Special rates for minutes after the first 5 minutes)

3- Long Form Narration: Audiobooks, Educational Videos, Training Videos, Video Games, Cartoons ..etc
Price per finished, cleaned hour = $250 - $500

Transcription:
$60 per source hour (not working hour), Arabic or English.
($1/source min)

Arab & Muslim Culture Sensitivity Training:
On a per-project basis


Payments Conditions:
- Payments are made 100% upfront or as agreed with the client.
