In the Arab Gulf States and Yemen, if the tenant wishes or requested to leave for the benefit of a third party during the duration of their contract, they usually, relinquish the rented place for an amount of money, most of the time paid in advance in full, but for one time. This occurs upon the request of the new tenant without intervention of the lessor. |
