Gleich zu Anfang heißt es: "This is a certification of name and birth facts on file in the Bureau of Vital Records, Department of Health, City of New York."
Wie ist die deutsche Entsprechung für "Department of Health"?
New York City ist doch eine Stadt - kann es dort ein Gesundheitsministerium geben?? Oder handelt es sich eher um das "Gesundheitsamt der Stadt New York"?
