The whole sentence is " Hydrophobic Acrylic Posterior Chamber Aphakic Intraocular Lens" which I have translated as "Lente Intraoculare Acrilica Idrofobica da Camera Posteriore Aphakic", I am not sure if Aphakic can be left untranslated and whether I should rearrange the order of the words.
