No estoy de acuerdo con los compañeros. El "after market" no es otra cosa que "posventa", o sea, servicios y opciones que se ofrecen al cliente después de la venta del producto.
Ejemplos:
- "Aftermarket.com.ar - La revista del mercado de posventa automotriz", http://www.aftermarket.com.ar/index.php?act=vernota¬a=154
- "Magneti Marelli Aftermarket nace en 1985 como departamento comercial de Magneti Marelli Holding, con la misión de dirigir a la posventa los componentes", http://www.magnetimarelli-checkstar.com/es/show/142/Perfil
Lo de "call center" se podría enfocar de muchas maneras. A mí la que me parece más concisa y clara en español para "call center support" es simplemente "asistencia telefónica".
