No entiendo muy bien la frase, os adjunto mi traducción:
An employee who is on FMLA during a week in which a holiday falls is deemed to have used FMLA for the portion of the week that is not covered by the holiday.
Un trabajador que se haya acogido al permiso médico y familiar durante una semana en la cual haya un día festivo se considerará haber hecho uso de dicho permiso por la parte proporcional de la semana en que no esté comprendido el día festivo. |
