It is similar to the concept I imagined when I came across this term. When I write it in Spanish and then read it aloud, it just doesn't *sound* right. Or is it that I'm not familiar with this vocab simply because I don't own a pet? ALE
teju: 14:50 Aug 24, 2004: Ale,there isn't always a perfect equivalent. "Baked treats" is a type of dry food given to animals as something special, that's the meaning of "treat", it's not meant to be their only food. That's why in some sites, they used the word "premio". -
teju: 14:51 Aug 24, 2004: You can also call them "galletitas", if it sounds better to you, since they are sort of like cookies (baked, and meant as something special). I actually like "galletas" better than "golosinas", which to me, sounds like candy. Hope it helps. -
