I think this is referring to a heat-treated powder coating, that gives it a finish that is tougher than paint, lasts longer, and is more envivronmentally friendly. There is a better technical term, but I can't find it off hand. It certainly isn't "PÓLVORA"!!! That is the "black powder" that is used in old rifles, bombs, canon, etc.!
