I would contest "wood-free" in the above answer for the simple reason that because it is written "sans trace" I do not feel we can assume that it is "woodless." A part les papier de luxe fabriqué avec un part de 25 à 100% de coton, tous les papiers de bureau sont fabriqués à partir de cellulose, c’est à dire de la fibre de bois, bon marché, d’excellente qualité et entièrement renouvelable et même cultivable.
Dans le langage courant "sans bois" signifie "sans trace apparente de bois", c’est à dire une cellulose préparée chimiquement et non mécaniquement
Le procédé mécanique ne permet pas d’éliminer totalement les "traces de bois" et de lignine. Il donne une pâte qui jaunit (comme votre journal) et n’assure pas la pérennité des documents. Ce procédé ne convient pas à la fabrication de papier bureautique parce qu’il dégrade les composants des copieurs et imprimantes.
