"Umbau" findet bei LEO kein geeignetes Equivalent. Nur Umbau im Sinne von conversion/reconstruction.

Als Alternative habe ich mir Umrahmung einfallen lassen. Aber auch da finde ich nur framing.

Einrahmung führt zu bordering.
