ترجمة ألماني إلى أنجليزي [للمحترفين]

bin noch immer bei meinen Weinbeschreibungen. Sowohl in der Kategorie "Geruch" als auch "Geschmack" findet sich der Ausdruck "grasig". Ich habe ein wenig recherchiert und "herbaceous" oder "grassy" gefunden, wobei Ersteres sich ja auf Kräuter bezieht. Weiß jemand von euch, ob es da noch andere Möglichkeiten gibt bzw. wie das unter WeinexpertInnen gängige Adjektiv dafür ist? Der Text wendet sich an Fachleute.
