Up to my knowledge, Paypal is not available in Egypt. PayPal works in 45 countries. All Middle East countries are not covered by PayPal service.
A good alternative for PayPal is MoneyBookers. You can visit it at www.moneybookers.com

It's really depressing to wait all this time, now we are approaching 2014 & still are not able to use The complete Paypal Service like all other countries around the world.
Thanks Mr./ ahmadwadan for confirming this status. I have noticed & talked to many of our Egyptian colleagues who have not been aware of this matter. Since service is limited to only sending funds so it shall be useless for many.
