Partie de la pharmacologie qui étudie les effets, sur les êtres vivants, des médicaments
ou de toute molécule chimique qu’elle soit d’origine naturelle ou synthétique. Cette
branche de la pharmacologie étudie les effets des médicaments sur l'organisme, que
ces effets soient bénéfiques ou indésirables. La pharmacodynamie essaie de les
quantifier et de les relier à la dose administrée ou aux paramètres pharmacocinétiques.
Pour tous les médicaments, il existe, entre la dose et les effets enregistrés, une relation
complexe et difficile à établir : en dessous d'une certaine dose, le produit est inefficace,
au-delà d'une autre sa toxicité devient excessive. Ce sont les effets toxiques que l'on quantifie le plus aisément pour les mettre en relation avec les données
pharmacocinétiques comme l'exposition au médicament.

هو جزء من علم الأدوية يختص بدراسة التأثيرات على الكائنات الحية, الأدوية ,أو كل الجزيئات الكيميائية سواء كانت من مصدر طبيعى أوتخليقى.
هذا الفرع من علم الأدوية يدرس تأثيرات الأدوية على الكائن الحى ما اذا كانت هذه التأثيرات مفيدة أو غير مرغوب فيها. الحركة الدوائية تحاول تقنينها وربطها بالجرعة المتناولة أو بمعايير الحركة الدوائية.
لكل الأدوية, يوجد علاقة معقدة و صعبة التحديد بين الجرعة والتأثيرات المسجلة: تحت جرعة معينة, المنتج غير فعال وفوق جرعة أخرى,تصبح السمية مفرطة.
انها الاثار السمية الأكثر سهولة فى التقينن لربطها بمعطيات الحركة الدوائية مثل التعرض للدواء.

About me:
I am an Egyptian pharmacist holding a Canadian PR, my native language is Arabic, I have started learning French in the age of 4, and English in the age of 10.
When I was young, I worked hardly to improve my languages level by reading and watching TV in other languages rather than Arabic and by travelling to Europe and Canada.
I learned pharmacy in English language for 5 years.
I followed several courses of French language with the French centre of culture and cooperation in Egypt.
I obtained a Master Degree in «Methods of clinical research» with Bordeaux 2 University, France.
I obtained a Diploma in medical French with: « La chambre de commerce de Paris, France».
I attended several workshops «5», to learn how to teach online, how to put your course online, how to use the tools of a Platform to teach, how to create a website…
I worked in an international drug company «Glaxo,Egypt», as a pharmacist and as pharmacy inspector with the USAID in Egypt.
I practice Translation as a freelancer from about 8 or 9 years.
I work as a course designer and online tutor in an e-learning Master Degree from 2008.
I teach Pharmacology for post-graduate students in English.
I like drawing, decoration, music, translation and teaching.
