FUNCTIONS
This wheel loader is designed for lifting and moving heavy loads. Various
functions are powered by a diesel engine. All of these functions can be
controlled by the driver by means of a joystick, steering wheel, pedals, and
various buttons. These functions are:
Forward and reverse drive
Articulated steering
Lifting and lowering
Tilting of the tool carrier
Locking the attachments
Controlling / powering any
attachments
The wheel loader is equipped with a dashboard, which contains variuous
indication lights and switches.
The loader uses articulated steering which causes the maximum possible
load to decrease when articulating. Ensure at all times that the load is in the
lowest possible position when steering.
The wheel loader is equipped with a lifting arm and a telescopic arm. The
forces that can provide these are strongly dependent on the position of the
lifting arm and the position of the load.
As the driver you are responsible for the safe operation of the machine.

Questa pala caricatrice è progettata per il sollevamento e la movimentazione di carichi pesanti. Un motore diesel alimenta diverse funzioni. Tutte queste funzioni vengono controllate dall'operatore per mezzo di joystick, volante, pedali e diversi pulsanti. Tali funzioni sono:

Recommended Placement Procedure:
Proper medical and surgical procedures are the responsibility of the physician. The appropriateness of any procedure must be based upon the needs of the patient. Fig 1 illustrates the placement of the *****, as described in the following procedure.
1. Assess the patient carefully to determine the length of catheter required.
The fenestrated length of the catheter supplied is 25cm. This may be reduced by cutting through the fenestrated part of the catheter only with sterile scissors prior to insertion.
Ensure that a suitable length remains in the pleural space after the cuff has been positioned correctly in the subcutaneous tunnel.
Prior to insertion, ensure that no loose fragments of catheter material remain at the cut edge.
2. Identify the interspace for planned catheter placement, aseptically clean the insertion site area and across at least 5cm's away from the insertion site.
3. Place the fenestrated drape over the insertion and tunnelling site.
4. Anaesthetise the site and the course of the tunnelling.
5. Take the 12ml syringe with 18G needle attached and insert directly through the interspace and just over the lower rib avoiding the neurovascular bundle, thus ensuring free aspiration of pleural fluid.

Procedura d'inserimento consigliata:
La scelta delle procedure mediche e chirurgiche opportune spetta al medico. L'appropriatezza di ogni procedura va stabilita in base alle esigenze del paziente. La Fig. 1 mostra l'inserimento di ***** come descritto nella seguente procedura.
2. Valutare il paziente con attenzione per determinare la lunghezza del catetere necessaria.
La lunghezza del tratto di catetere fenestrato è di 25cm. È possibile ridurla tagliando la parte fenestrata del catetere, solo con forbici sterili e prima dell'inserimento.
Assicurarsi che nel cavo pleurico rimanga una lunghezza adeguata dopo che la cuffia è stata posizionata correttamente nel tunnel sottocutaneo.
Prima dell'inserimento, assicurarsi che non rimangano frammenti di materiale attaccati all'estremità tagliata del catetere.
6. Identificare lo spazio intercostale per il posizionamento del catetere, quindi pulire asetticamente l'area di inserimento e a un raggio di almeno 5cm da essa.
7. Posizionare il telino fenestrato sopra il sito di inserimento e di tunnellizzazione.
8. Anestetizzare il sito di inserimento e il tratto della tunnellizzazione.
9. Prendere la siringa da 12ml con l'ago da 18 gauge attaccato e inserirla direttamente nello spazio intercostale, di poco sopra la costola inferiore ed evitando il fascio neurovascolare, assicurando così la libera aspirazione del liquido pleurico.
