I have somehow lost the panel that shows the misuse of terminology with the quality check is performed (one false click and panels disappear). How please is it possible to restore this panel?

Hello. Right click the bar above the window where you enter the translations. Select "Restore Screen Layout" (Or whatever the translation is, I only have a German Version up and running right now). Enjoy.

If I good understand, the Gerald's answer, which is usually a good pratice in some cases, does not respond to the situation?

you should make sure that the option is enabled in the user settings:
If there is an error in terminology, you are then warned as in the first illustration.
