Hi
as sales support at Kilgray is not answering can anybody here confirm (or not) that renewal of licence is possible only by Credit card via Paypal and by Wire transfer. I always renewed by CC and don't want to use Paypal.

There are 3 payment methods:
1. Credit/debit card via PayPal
2. PayPal
3. Wire Transfer
Number one means that you can pay with your CC using PayPal payment interface.

Thanks Stepan,
I am aware of these three payment options. Fact is, I never before paid by CC via the Paypal site.

I have done so, and as I recall, it is relatively painless. I can't remember of PayPal then "remembers" the credit card, and I don't recall if people who don't have a PayPal account are required to create one, and/or if you are forced to use an existing PayPal account.

Either way, if you're going to pay by credit card, the payment will have to go via a payment portal anyway, e.g. one that is provided by your own bank, or by some other credit card processing service. When I saw your first post, I thought you're concern may have been privacy related.

You're right, Samuel, my concern is privacy related. And I'm no fan of Paypal either.
And MemoQ's sales persons still did not answer.

When I received a message from their sales person stating something like "Do not hesitate to contact me with all your questions...", I asked my questions by replying that message immediately but never received any response then. Now I prefer to contact my local reseller.
