Good day to everyone,
I also have a similar question but it is something different in a way. Well, of course many, if not, of us know the Apple sign by MacOS. Is there anyone who knows how to type it in? What is the alt + key combination?
Thanks.
Just a few years later: Option+Shift+K
And on a Mac the euro sign is option-shift-2 on the US keyboard; works on my European keyboard too.

If you have word 2007 click insert and at the end there is a thing that says symbol click on that and it will bring up different symbols including the euro sign.
