Export of SW-NO XLIFF file for use in Studio

We have received an XTM project from a client, and need to export this for use in Studio due to our lrge client TM in Studio, and no hits in TM in XTM

Have exported the XLIFF files and created a project in Studio based on these, but get this error when I try to open the file:
