Explanation:
This is the closest term I could think of. Of course, variations from one country to another exist. I simply call it رز بحليب I also suggest you transliterate أرز معمر and then explain it by saying rice pudding or mentioning the major ingredients...etc.

Asker: جزاك الله خيرا على إجابتك ولكني لم أوضح تشكيل المصطلح لأني أعلم أن كل المصريين يعرفون ما هو الأرز المعمر :) ولعلي إن شاء الله أتشرف بدعوتك لتناوله في مصر -- المقصود ليس كلمة مُعمِّر بكسر الميم ولكنها كلمة دارجة تعني الأرز المخلوط باللبن أو المضاف إليه لبن، ولأزيدك غرابة فهناك بعض الناس يقولون عليه الأرز المدسوس، كنت أتمنى أن أعرف كيف يترجم هذه الكلمة أحد زملائنا من غير المصريين لا شك أنها كانت ستكون عجباًا جزاك الله خيرا على مساعدتك مرة أخرى وبارك الله فيك
