English to Arabic: Egypt denounces Iranian intervention within local affairs مصر تشجب التدخل الإيراني في الشئون الداخلية
Source text - English Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Badr Abdel Aaty said that the Egyptian charge d’affaires to Tehran delivered the strongly worded letter of protest to officials of Iranian Foreign Ministry to stress rejection against Iran’s interference in Egyptian local affairs.
Iranian News Agency IRNA had quoted the Iranian foreign ministry spokesperson, Marzieh Afkham, as saying that Tehran is deeply concerned over recent clashes in Egypt between security forces and supporters of deposed President Mohamed Morsy, which have led to killing and injurying several Egyptians.
Abdel Aaty highlighted necessity of respecting sovereignty of countries and its decisions, especially since Egypt does not interfere in Iranian issues.
Translation - Arabic قال بدر عبد العاطي -المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الخارجية- إن القائم بالأعمال المصري في طهران سلَّمَ خطاب احتجاج شديد اللهجة إلى مسئولي وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية تأكيداً على الاعتراض على تدخل إيران في الشئون الداخلية المصرية.
ذكرت وكالة الانباء الإيرانية "إيرنا" نقلاً عن "مارزيه أفخام" -المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية- قوله إن طهران ترقب بعين القلق الشديد الاشتباكات التي تحدث مؤخراً في مصر بين قوات الأمن ومؤيدي الرئيس المعزول محمد مرسي، الأمر الذي أدى إلى قتل وإصابة العديد من المصريين.
أوضح عبد العاطي ضرورة احترام سيادة الدول وقراراتها، خاصةً وأن مصر لا تتدخل في القضايا الإيرانية.
