Source text - English The Supplier agrees to cooperate with XXX in minimizing the occurrence and impact of rejected deliveries through effective claims handling processes. For this purpose, XXX has implemented a claims handling management process. The Supplier agrees to cooperate with XXX on the discovery, analysis and resolution of any specific claim reported through the Claims Handling Process within reasonable time. XXX will invoice the Supplier for any additional costs incurred as a result of non-compliant delivery where the Supplier or any of its agents have been identified as the cause of this non-compliant delivery.
Translation - Spanish El Proveedor acepta cooperar con XXX en la reducción de entregas rechazadas y su impacto, a través de procesos de manejo de reclamos efectivos. A tal fin, XXX implementó un proceso de gestión para el manejo de reclamos. El Proveedor acepta cooperar con XXX en el descubrimiento, análisis y resolución de todo reclamo específico que se informe mediante el proceso de manejo de reclamos dentro de un plazo razonable. XXX facturará al Proveedor todo costo adicional en el que incurra como resultado del incumplimiento de la entrega en la que el Proveedor o cualquiera de sus agentes se identifique como la causa del incumplimiento de la entrega.
