My respected Ladies and Gentlemen,

After having retired from my managing position in Information Technology
from the Santa Clara Health and Hospital System, a major nationally recognized
hospital and public and mental health care systems in San Jose, Northern
California, USA I have much valuable time to dedicate myself to assist my
Vietnamese fellows, U.S. federal, state and local government officials and
specialty physicians in various tasks of interpreting and translating in
English <> Vietnamese language pair. I have assisted those officials to
interpret and translate highly complicated cases in regards to many different
complex disciplines such as internal medicine, psychiatric assessment, legal,
labor dispute, worker’s compensation, students’ academic, physical and mental
health evaluations (IEP), etc.
