Source text - English The filter is a sub-atmospheric pressure type bag filter. The dusty air is conducted into the filtration area through a part which spreads the dusty air over the total filter area. The filter bags are supported by wire cages and are mounted in a top plate which separates the filtration area of the bag house from the clean air section. The bags are provided with a stainless steel band, incorporated in the filter material, to allow the mounting and changing of bags to be done from on top of the filter without special tools. The filter is equipped with compressed air cylinders and is connected to electro-pneumatic air valves. The control of the air valves runs simultaneously with the cleaning of one series of bags. This is a fully automated process which suits the needs of the installation. Pulsation and frequency can be accurately adjusted in such a way that the pressure drop remains constant.

L’air poussiéreux est dirigé vers la zone de filtration par le biais d’une partie qui diffuse l’air poussiéreux sur la zone de filtrage totale. Les sacs filtres sont soutenus par des cages grillagées et sont montés dans une plaque supérieure qui sépare la zone de filtration du logement du sac de la section de nettoyage de l’air pur. Les sacs sont fournis avec une bande en acier inoxydable intégrée dans le matériau du filtre afin de permettre le montage et le changement des sacs depuis le haut du filtre sans avoir besoin d'aide d’outils spéciaux.
