Bio

I started to practise translation when I was seventeen, in high school. I gave myself little challenges, as the English courses were not up to my level (according to my former teachers).

Then, in 2014, I decided to start a Bachelor of Arts in English literature specialised in translation and interpreting. I was given the wonderful Opportunity to work in a British theatre company (Chapterhouse Theatre Company, in case you wondered) for a month, in 2016. I graduated Cum Laude in 2017 after six months at Canterbury Christ Church University, as an Erasmus student.

In 2018, after several months of deep thinking, I joined a distance-Learning Master's Degree in English Studies, and, from September to November of the same year, I had the chance to fulfill an internship with a freelance translator and help her translate an Indian travel agency's website. I also translated microwave and water filter user guides.

I got the Master's Degree a few months before starting as a freelancer.

I am reliable, I can work at night to deliver the translations to international clients on time.

Tourism, Literature and user's guides aren't my only areas of interest.

I am a self-taught guitar player and photographer.

I am also a French & English private teacher for teenagers.

Growing up in a big family gave me the chance to acquire knowledge in education, children's psychology, computer science, video games, and Art.
