Context It will help a lot if you can mention where does each one occur, what comes before or after, but the two words can be used interchangeably.
يستخدم المحامي عادة كلمة موكِّل عن الشخص الذي طلب توكيله محامياً وتُستخدَم كلمة وكيل لمن حصل على وكالة من شخص ما
