Good afternoon. As stated in our earlier mail, we do not want to hire the new office offered by you (we expected the Ejari for the office no 05 initially offered by you). And so we request you to refund the en cashed check amount of AED 15,000.00 and return the 4 PDC checks of 10,000.00 each no later than tomorrow.
