This answer is not for grading. I agree with Awadh's suggestion, but I just want to add that "next of kin" does not refer to any particular person. In most places, next of kin is defined by law, which varies from state to state. In some states, a person can designate the perso whom he/she considers his/her next of kin. If no one has been designated, then "next of kin" would be defined according to the prevailing laws (of the country or the state).
