We already have the 'tone' Asker says it's "General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters" - not Literary/Cinema/etc.

I think really it all depends on the tone and the context. If this is for the translation of a telenovela my suggestion of "you've given me my life back" would be ideal. If it's something far less dramatic then perhaps that's a relief would work, although I still think there's a bit too much understatement about it to translate "me devolviste la vida" in this case. Can you give us any more context?

oh really? That's a relief is a bit everyday to translate this expression in my opinion. As in "The dinner didn't burn after all" "That's a relief!" :D

You're a life saver!

In my opinion the best translation of "me devolviste la vida" would be to use the idiomatic phrase, "you're a life saver!"

Of course a literal translation is great, but the dynamic translation that would be closest to the literal translation is the one I mentioned.
Example sentence:

The little girl excitedly ran up to her father, the car keys dangling from her hands. "Look what I found Daddy!" "You're a life saver!" he says with relief.
