Is this the very specific term "EU Authorized Representative" (aka EC Rep)? Or a broad "Legal representative within the EU"?
It's a list item next to Sponsor and CRO in any clinical trial documents for trials with foreign Sponsors. I'm leaning towards "EU Authorized Representative", but I keep seeing other people's translations with "legal representative"
