This totaley diffrent from Visa...
permission is something else.... you could be granted permission but no visa.... like jordan.... you can have permission to enter the countery..... like countery pass permit.... but you don't have avisa..

I guess entry permission it is, for the text is about lebanon and Syria, we syrians need no visa, but something called in Arabic قسيمة دخول
