I'm looking for a nice way to express "à son bon gré" in the following phrase of a CONTRAT DE REVENDEUR:
"XXXXX peut refuser d’accepter une commande, annuler une commande acceptée ou retarder l’expédition d’un Produit à son bon gré et peut y recourir si le Revendeur est en défaut de paiement ou ne satisfait pas les obligations de crédit, financières ou autres au titre du présent Contrat"
"XXXXX can, if it (so) chooses,..." or "If it wants/requires, XXXXX can..." or "XXXXX can .... as it may require..." are options that I have come up with.
Any alternative suggestions?
