blood characteristics
In Infopedia in Portuguese
(http://www.infopedia.pt/dicionarios/termos-medicos/crase), I found this definition: qualidade do sangue e sua coagulabilidade
So "crase sangüínea" would include all characteristics of the blood.
"Blood crasis" is an outdated term in English, although "blood dyscrasia" is used. You can look up "crasis" at http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/crasis
I would probably translate it as something like: Regular follow-up blood tests are recommended...
