With more than 25 years dealing with human capital, Azeem has previously worked with some of the leading MNC’s in the UAE & Pakistan in the areas of Business management, Marketing, Trainings and HR development. Azeem initiated his own learning & development activities in the year 2005.

Azeem specializes in working with his clients for both personal and organizational development. During the past decade he has worked with many renowned personalities, working professionals and entrepreneurs as a personal life coach to create a balanced lifestyle between professional and personal. Hundreds of individuals, professionals and corporate executives have gone through his interactive trainings, impeccable consulting and counseling sessions, originating from diverse cultures within the UAE, Middle East & Pakistan.

In 2012 Azeem initiated corporate trainings on leadership, excellence and personal development under the platform of his own founded company ‘Human International Excellence’. He further specializes in management consultancy for corporate in the areas of business continuity, sustainability and succession planning.
