ABOUT ME

I am a professional translator, graduated from National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnical Institute” in 2013 with a diploma of a bachelor of linguistics. Some years before that, 2007, I had graduated from a medical college with a diploma of a medical assistant. So now in my work I can apply my knowledge on two different areas – medicine and linguistics.

My main goal in translation is to provide correct and understandable text, keeping with the ideas of the source and displaying them clearly. Although most translations I deal with are of scientific kind – medical text of various topics, I also love working with marketing materials which allow me to apply the natural creativity of my mind.

FIELDS OF EXPERTISE

I have also had to deal with different corporate, financial and logistics documentation like instructions, financial statements, invoices and so on.

I also have some experience with using memoQ.

My productivity is around 10 standard pages a day; if the subject is well-known to me and it is possible to use CAT tools, it can reach 15 standard pages a day. Rates for urgent orders are discussed separately.
