I have been a paying member of ProZ.com for two years now and I would like to express my satisfaction as regards membership benefits. I used to work for more than 25 years locally and ideally with people from the capital. ProZ.com has opened new horizons to me and within this two fruitful years my clients have more than tripled. I was very skeptical when I joined ProZ.com in December of last year, but a friend/colleague convinced me, and I have to say that being a member really pays! I have found 4 or 5 new clients in just 5 months of membership.

One of the best investments a professional translator can make; a great shop window to promote your business, ready advice from the forums, bag/good payer listings on the Blue Board, and web hosting all in one.

To me, it really is a no-brainer. The fee represents a few hours of labor and the advantages I derive from it far exceed the small outlay of cash. Any single one of the benefits I've cited above would be worth the annual fee.

This past year has been great. I woke up one morning deciding to go back to translating full time but I was not 100% sure that my decision was the right one.
