This term is mentioned many times in a contract; it also mentions الشروط العامة and الشروط الخاصة. I know what these two terms mean but not the term above.
Any help would be most appreciated. It's mentioned many times but not in any specific context...just, for example: "X is mentioned in the الشروط المرجعية" or "as specified in the الشروط المرجعية".
