English to French Law/Patents Law (general) Supply agreement

Si un Produit n'est pas conforme aux spécifications, il est convenu que XXX (celui à qui produit est livré) a plusieurs options.


(i) deliver to XXXX replacement Product at no cost to XXXX (i.e., freight cost, customs duties and releasing costs for the replacement products shall be for the account of YYYY) within thirty (30) days from receipt of notice of rejection or the decision of the independent expert, as the case may be; or (ii) reimburse XXXX the landed cost of the non-compliant Product.
