Artixy hereby appoints Distributor as its exclusive distributor for the xy branded material handling equipments listed in Schedule A, and as non-exclusive distributor for the spare parts related thereto (the xy branded material handling equipments and the spare parts related thereto now jointly referred to as the “Products”) in in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Territory”).
