Mi sembra di capire che con istituti terzi si intendano ipoteche accese presso terzi, per cui non si effettuano trasferimenti parziali, ma in un'unica soluzione. Se non capisco male.

A parte che vedo ora che hanno scritto trance anziché tranche. Sì insomma, si tratta sicuramente di una traduzione dal tedesco. Prendila con le molle, come spunto. Buon lavoro!

questo è quello che si trova sulla pagina di un importante assicurazione svizzera, sempre in merito ad ipoteche. in fondo alla pagina, in domande frequenti, "trasferire un'ipoteca esistente". Mi sembra di capire che con istituti terzi si intendano ipoteche accese presso terzi, per cui non si effettuano trasferimenti parziali, ma in un'unica soluzione. Se non capisco male.
