Discussion

Ravi Kumar (asker) Dec 19, 2007:
the text Fur berechtigte, die mit einem unverfallbaren Anspruch ausgeschieden sind, ist die Ruckstellung gleich dem Barwert des unverfallbaren Anspruchs
BiancaN Dec 19, 2007:
do you have little more context? Ausgeschieden can mean retired from a company (which may be the term you look for) or can have other meanings.
Unverfallbar I found non-lapsable.
Ravi Kumar (asker) Dec 19, 2007:
In later pages these 2 terms have been used unverfallbaren / ausgeschieden
Ravi Kumar (asker) Dec 19, 2007:
not sure can it be unverfallbaren ausgeschieden
Jonathan MacKerron Dec 19, 2007:
eher "unverkäuflich"
Jonathan MacKerron Dec 19, 2007:
unverpfändbar?

vested, former (employees)

Please *always* provide maximum context without prompting, it really does save a lot of aggro.

'unverfallbar' in the context of benefits is generally 'vested'.
