Установка разделения воздуха
Air goes through compressor and is compressed to 0.86 MPa. After it is cooled and oil and water are separated, it goes into purifier, where water, acetylene and carbon dioxide of air are removed by alumina and molecular sieve in purifier.
One part of the purified air enters main heat exchanger(upper) in cold box and transfers heat with expansion air and waste nitrogen from main heat exchanger(lower),then enters lower column bottom through main heat exchanger(lower). Pure nitrogen and pure liquid nitrogen can be extracted at top of lower column after primary distillation,and oxygen rich liquid air can be extracted at bottom of lower column. Oxygen rich liquid is sent to middle part of upper column for secondary distillation after throttled by throttle valve. Waste nitrogen is extracted from bottom of upper column, passes sub-cooler and main heat exchanger (lower), and then is reheated in main heat exchanger and come out of cold box as regeneration clod-blow gas for purifier. The other part is pressurized in booster end, cooled in pre-cooler and enters main heat exchanger for further cooling. Then it enters expander for expansion and finally reheated by ***WN and goes out of cold box.
