RETAIL SELECTIVE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
The agreement refers to the Legacy brands and the Galleria brands of a large cosmetics company. I understand the term "Legacy Brands" as the flagship brands of the company but I need to make sure I am not misinterpreting the document. I am not sure what the Galleria brands are referring to. I am wondering if the Galleria is referring to shopping centers and the Galleria Brands would therefore be products sold in those shopping centers. The terms appear as below in the agreement:
Each reference to XXXX in this Agreement shall be deemed to be a reference to any and all of [XXXX UK] and [YYYY UK]. Each reference to the relevant XXXX Licensor in this Agreement means (a) XXXX[UK] in relation to the Brands listed in Part A of Annex I (the XXXX Legacy Brands); and (b) YYYY [UK] in relation to the Brands listed in Part B of Annex I (the Galleria Brands).
Any help or suggestion would be really appreciated.
Many thanks.
Anne
