The 106 Masterdor Suredors installed in 2011-12 from the flats to the lobbies. These were non-compliant when tested they lasted only 15 minutes instead of the required 30 minutes in a fire. They also lacked door closers and intumescent seals to prevent smoke leakage.
Dr XXXX considers they failed to prevent the passage of smoke from flats to the lobbies and vice versa.
