this is part of court documentation

agree Aleksander Vasiljevic : možda bi "unique" bilo bolje od "single"?

Certificate of Registry a TIN/SSN of the Registrant

The word “maticni broj” refers to a unique identification number that is given to a legal entity or to a physical person at birth.
In the US, physical persons have a SSN (Social Security Number), which is a unique identification number most commonly used to pay taxes. The legal entities have a TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number). Depending on the subject matter you can use either one. Again, this is true for the US and unfortunately I am not familiar with the terminology used in the rest of the English speaking countries.

Good luck Vlatka

Certificate of Registry with a SSN/TIN of the Registrant-is the full text, sorry for the typo.
If it is a title or part of a document all words will begin with a capital letter.

Just another option!

"Case file with registrant's SSN"

If "register" applies to court case this would be good option, including Izida's explanation of SSN (Equivalent to Unique Register Number).

If it is about proving ownership on smt, I would suggest: "Cadaster Title Deed Certificate with registrant's SSN"
