Dutch term

Bronchovasculair aspect van de hili.

Dutch to English Medical Medical (general) medical imaging
Does this translate as 'bronchovascular aspect of the hili'?
I found that hili is the same in Dutch and English, but have no inkling of its meaning...
The full sentence is:
'Normale breedte van hart en mediastinum. Bronchovascular aspect van de hili. Vrije costrofrene sinussen en longtoppen'.
Thankfully the end of the report, so no more questions. Many thanks to all of you!

normal hilar bronchovascular shadows/markings

The NL is somewhat truncated but I'm pretty sure this is what it means.
Note from asker:
not only was the text unexpectedly medical, it is Belgian(-: Thank you very much and wishing you a nice weekend.
Peer comment(s):

agree writeaway : a good example of why it's strongly recommended to have a look at the text before accepting it. And Belgian Dutch often remains a mystery for the NL natives North of the border...........

thanks Barend
agree Anne Schulz : might even mean something like "bronchovascular hilar structures are not obscured by e.g. enlarged lymph nodes" :-)
