Hier handelt es sich um eine Aufzählung passender Verben zu den aufgeführten Substantiven. Im Deutschen würde ich sogar vier Verben nehmen. Keine separate Antwort, denn "brought" sollte sich auf die Klage beziehen, und die wird eingereicht.
