Felhasználható a mennyiségi licenc szerződés szerint. A CD jogosulatlan másolása tilos.
*to use - használ, felhasznál
*volume license - mennyiségi licenc (szerződés)
*disc - CD, lemez [here I am assuming it is a sofware, on CD and not floppy disc]
*making illegal copies - jogosulatlan másolás
Please note the English "do not make copies" (literally: "ne készítsen másolatot") is slightly more polite than the term "tilos" (forbidden) I used in the translation; the latter, however, is more commonly used in the Hungarian language.

\"licencszerzősés\" should\'ve been one word. My mistake.

Csak mennyiségi licencszerződés alapján használható fel. A CD másolása tilos.
Here the phrase "all use "can be best expressed in Hungarian by the word "csak"

: "make illegal copies" is not "CD másolása" where the important word "illegal" is missing from your translation.

You are absolutely right. Correctly : A CD engedély nélküli másolása tilos.

Bármiféle felhasználása csak a korlátozott felhasználói szerződés szerint...
... engedélyezett. A lemezről készitett másolat illegális.
A "volume license agreement" means that there are certain limits/restrictions to the use of the software / CD / whatever.
I changed the second sentence a bit (now it goes: "a copy made of the disc are illegal"), what says very much the same thing, but more "in Hungarian".
Please note that in "készitése" the "i" is a "long" one (I don't have the font.)

The second sentence is still a little awkward, \"A lemez lemásolása tilos\" might be better.

VLA (Volume License Agreement) is basically a package of software+maintenance+advisory services etc., each package representing a certain \"volume\". It might be nicer to say, therefore, \"az érvényes felhasználói szerződés szerint\" (\"the effective license agreement\").

: a "mennyiségi" szó elmaradása kétségessé teszi a kifejezés egyértelműségét

Pardon: itt a "mennyiségi" a "korlátozott felhasználói"-t jelenti (pl., hogy nem használhatják hálózatban).

: Re. "VLA" - Maybe you should have a look at the Microsoft Magyarorszag page (and its related links) I used as a reference. Google is a quite useful search engine but not almighty and definitely cannot do the translators' job.

You are telling me: I am shocked how important Google is for Proz!!! And the series of misleading conclusions drawn... At any rate, I will have a look at the MS Hu site.

Janos Samu változata a gyakori. Ez viszont magyarul van, ha egy kicsit körülményesen is.
Csak lehető változatként.

A termék forgalmazása csak az engedélyezési szerződés szerinti mennyiségben lehetséges. Törvénytelen
lemaradni látszik: "Törvényztelen másolása tilos."

: "Engedély nélküli másolása" jobb lenne: a törvénytelent ebben a szövegösszefüggésben még nem hallottam.

: 'VLA' is not the Hungarian translation of 'volume license agreement,' it is its English acronym. 'Mennyiségi licencszerződés' is the correct translation.

Mint felhasználló kötve van a szerzödési megállpodáshoz. Tilos másolatok készitése.
word by word, would look like this:
Minden felhasználló alá van vetve a kiszabott szerzödési megállapodáshoz. A jogosulatlan (kalloz) másolata a CD-nek tilos.
all use(r)=minden felhasználló
change to =As user= Mint felhasználló
subject to=alá vetve, kötve
