Bonjour,

je traduis un contrat entre une association et un canton suisses et le terme "Fachdepartement" me pose problème:

"Der Kanton XXX, vertreten durch das Erziehungsdepartement (nachfolgend Fachdepartement genannt)"

Je pensais à "Département concerné", est-ce correct ?

Le département C'est bien le département compétent - mais, à mon sens, on pourrait écrire simplement "ci-après le département".
