Preciso de ajuda para confirmar a tradução de um termo, pf!

Estou a traduzir um relatório médico e aparece o seguinte: Steilstellung der BWS.

Depois de pesquisar, obtive resultados mais concretos em EN do que em PT. Com base nas informações em EN eu traduzi como "Endireitamento anormal da coluna torácica".

Está correto?

Ich verstehe die Schwierigkeit beim Verständnis nicht. Der erfragte Begriff war "Steilstellung". Da die Wirbelsäule auf ihrer gesamten Länge mal zum Körper hin, mal vom Körper weg gekrümmt ist, erfasst der neutrale Begriff "retificação" die Steilstellung in jedem Abschnitt, indem die Krümmung zunehmend abgeschwächt/begradigt wird.

Eigentlich schon, nur dann in die andere Richtung in Bezug auf die normale Krümmung.

Não, trata-se de uma retificação da coluna torácica, o contrário de uma cifose.

Weil es sich im Brustkorbbereich um eine Kyphose und nicht um eine Lordose handeln muss.

Eu só encontro lordose da coluna cervical e lombar, mas não torácica.

Mas será "retificação da lordose da coluna torácica"?
