Poiché la referente è responsabile in solido con ogni partner, qualora fosse chiamata a rispondere per atti, fatti od omissioni ascrivibili ad accertata responsabilità del partner, quest`ultimo provvederà al rimborso di ogni onere o spesa sostenuta nel termine di quindici giorni dalla richiesta. I partner si coobbligano alla fideiussione bancaria stipulata dallareferente per una somma relativa alla loro quota di partecipazione.

Partners have to elaborate the statement of all the costs of entrusted activities in accordance with the enforced law and with the procedures established by the PAT and to predispose for its own activities the monitoring and the necessary documentation comprised the final relation. Every partner is responsible for the assigned part of the plan, in case of defaults it will have to free the others from every harmful consequence. If ASSOFORM has to answer for actions, facts or omissions caused by a partner, the latter will have to provide for the reimbursement of every burden or supported expense.
